Wagering Requirements

Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active in your bnd888 account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slot games contribute 100% of each wager toward clearing a bonus. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Abuse and Misuse

bnd888 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. • Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

In such cases, bnd888 will communicate the reason for closure to the player's registered email address where it is permitted to do so.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will have their accounts suspended within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by the support team. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bnd888 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from a dormant account's real-money balance after the 12-month dormancy period has elapsed. In no event shall bnd888, its directors, employees, agents, or technology partners be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if bnd888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bnd888's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bnd888 is not responsible for any losses or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, banking system downtime, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or the failure of third-party technology providers. In such circumstances bnd888 will endeavour to restore services as promptly as practicable and will communicate updates via the platform homepage.

Online gambling involves financial risk. By using the bnd888 platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of this risk and that any funds you deposit and wager may be lost. bnd888 does not provide any guarantee of winnings. Past game outcomes, historical odds, and previous promotional results are not indicative of future results. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering and using the bnd888 platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of fair commercial practice applicable in Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
